Please do not support organizations that try to front as a sanctuary for big cats....these organizations are not sanctuaries, instead they exploit the cats for monetary gain. The MGM lions were released to an organization in Las Vegas Nevada called Lion Habitat Ranch aka The Cat House. Here at this ranch the lions are breed to produce baby cubs which are exploited through programs such as public cub interactions and picture taking with the cubs. This group also offers Feast with the Beast which consists of the public eating at a table while the cats are caged around them watching their every move,You will be surrounded by lions watching your every move, waiting on their dinner. The Feast with the Beast program cost the public $300 per hour (2 hr. min) plus food costs up to 10 people! The Lion Habitat Ranch offers none of their proceeds to helping with conservation efforts instead they offer a link for the public to donate directly to another organizations conservational efforts. This facility also fronts as a retirement home. These cats are made to interact with the public through trainer for a day programs and being feed by the public.
