I have joined your group recently and have been since following your most of the post and FDWs comments regularly. I really respect the selfless work you are doing for them. Also got to understand many thing from a helpers point of view. As an Employer this is a very good platform for us to understand their concerns and their issues. I have few questions to ask them but i m personally messaging you because its an open group and I dont want my other friends to see it. I will be thankful if you can post it here so other FDWs can comment on it.. Q- 1. Our first helper is joining this saturday. It will be useful to know what are the key efforts we should make to make her feel part of the family. What other FDW would wish there Employer should be doing for them. Q-2. Also, I am a stay at home with an 11-month baby girl. I understand that most employers prefer providing daily schedules on a timely basis. But from this platform I got to know most helpers dont really like it so I want to know what is the best way where i dont have to chase the helper for her each and every chore. Thank you.
