Please know that pilots arent walk in a pride, but responsibility. For those whom say pilot are those who just engage their autopilot, sorry sir/maam, you are terribly wrong. Moment we engage the autopilot, monitoring starts. Constantly doing weather checks, aircraft engine and system data, passenger safety, atc communication, wing cleaniness, navigation, cargo handling and crew maintenance. I bet when those thing starts, you may start yawning, keep looking at the same thing. But for us, any significant changes, anticipate must be done. This is not easy for a crew with long haul flight. Please respect them, especially on flight MAS370. Midnight flight is a crucial flight, yet less flight. They are struggling hard to keep themselves awake with stary night and constant monitoring. I believe if the accident happens, they will start to control the aircraft already. The passengers are in control of the flight. I dont know anyone of you ever wonder, pilot are trained to ensure safety of aircraft. Thats why we, as cadets are trained to be better. Stall and recovery exercise, navigation flights, emergency handling etc. Please refrain yourself on keep blaming the pilots fault on MAS 370. For those who say the rumours on facebook post which arent true, let me tell something. If this thing happens on one of your family members or friends, you suffer the same tragedy. Please sympathy them as they require comfort. The search has being going on and they are working hard. Pray them on finding the plane safely. P/S: MAS 370 is a very normal flight. When accident happens, there will be deductions and unnecessary comments. Let the media conference says out all or when they find the FDR/CVR.
