Please know thats Matts troubles are not over. Yes the criminal charges were dismissed, however, Mr. Snowden along with the Green family have persued other avenues to cause trouble for the Mr. Pinkerton. Making allegations that this was a hate crime. This was not a hate crime. It was decided by a judge that Mr. Pinkerton acted in self defense to protect his home and the company at the house from potential harm of a home invasion. Had Mr. Pinkerton not taken the action he did there was a potential for harm to come to him, his wife or others. This case went to trial. A Circuit Court Judge made a ruling. Why turn this into a reason to encourage a seperation of society. Is there not enough unjust hatred in the world?
