Please my fellow nigerians, i want to know, whose right is it in bring network service to the society, is it the government, i mean the leaders of the society like the chairman, or the councellor, or rather the service provider. Please we are suffering from lack of network service in our community, i mean no network mass, we do walk like 50 klmtr, in search of service. the local govt chairman is not helping matters, we the youths are crying, thats why i real want to know whose right is it, if it as to pass through the chairman to the service provider. Please if theres any way you people can help and reach to the service provider, please do help, the place is called utanga in obanliku local govt in cross river state.
