Please note that it is the Military Court (and not High Court or Federal Court or any civil courts) that found Major Zaidi Ahmad of breaching Military rules and dismissed him from RMAF. That is why he is not fined nor imprisoned and just dismissed.. The sentence was delivered by Military Court judge Colonel Saadon Hasnan. The offence which has been committed by Zaidi is a serious offence to the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), Zaidi is charged with breaching Paragraph 13, No 12 of the Armed Forces Council Instruction and also for breaching Paragraph 3 by revealing official communications to the media without prior approval from his superiors - in particular, for speaking to the media about the indelible ink without approval, As a senior officer, If he had made a statement to the media without approval and saying that his immediate superior scolds him too much or how bad the base canteen food, he would also similarly be dismissed. The RMAF is a unit that enforces strict discipline and strict adherence to rules and regulation. No country in the world would allow a commissioned officer in the armed forces who are not authorised to make public statements to media without approval. You should be very afraid that this rule is not in place as the armed forces deals with matters of national security and are privy to such information. Therefore, zombies can shut-up now by saying that the judicial system in Malaysia is unfair and UMNO-BN crony because this is a military court and not a a civil court.
