Please read the below information from an Event I am planning myself: Thank you for taking an interest in our Event, as well as your support for these growing businesses taking part. This Event has been created solely for the purpose to help support and promote these up and coming businesses and to bring these products to you at a discounted and special price. Businesses Involved: to be announced on the page and on their personal ones. Event: Promotional Baby & Me Date: 24th of September 2013 (Heritage Day) Time: 09:30 for 10:00am till 13:00pm Venue: Edgemead Community Hall (Main Hall) – next to the library Edgemead Drive, Edgemead Our Event will consist of a delicious Buffet Breakfast, with a variety for you to choose from. We will have stalls for everyone, ranging from your Babies bottoms till your Grandmothers Jewellery. We will have a stall dedicated to ‘Second-hand Goods’ as well, so for those who attend and have things you would like to get rid of, you are welcome to drop them off at the stall where someone will be to sell it for you at the price you want it. If it sells we give you the money, if it doesn’t then you get back your goods. (10% of money made will be kept for the person selling your items) A kiddies section will be set up with a small ball bit for the babies, toys, foam puzzle mat and a Jumping Castle. Please bring your Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Family, Friends and Especially your kids. Please keep in mind, products on the day will be limited and supplied in accordance with demand or interest during the promotional period before the event date. If no interest is shown on certain products then that item might not appear on the day. All products announced on the event/in the name of this event via Facebook, Email, Whatsapp, Blog sites, Websites etc. will be offered at discounted or special prices, not all will be at the same discount percentage (%) but we will supply you with normal pricing as well discounted so that you may see for yourself. You will be allowed to book and pay for items that you want before the event, at the discounted pricing (in case there isn’t enough supplied on the day of the event), but you will only receive the items on the day and all payments MUST be paid before the 30th of July 2013 as some goods need to be ordered or sent away for printing. Products will be sold at the event but may be limited. All products advertised and sold on the day of the event will be available at these discounted and special pricing for TWO WHOLE WEEKS after the event. The above-mentioned specials, discounts and pricing will ONLY apply to those attending the breakfast. Once you have booked and paid for your spot at the breakfast then all the above will become available to you. Spot prizes will be given out to everyone who attends. Your name then goes automatically onto a list, you will receive your ticket when you arrive on the day. You will also be given ‘tickets’ that will be for your breakfasts etc. All will be explained at the door.
