Please read to the end! Ok heres the scenario: Your friend is in a long relationship. Shes not happy in that relationship. Shes not equal in that relationship and doesnt get to make many key decisions which affect her. She has a choice - she can choose to leave and go it alone but shes a bit scared of what might happen - will she manage herself- its a big step. Should she stay in that relationship and continue to be unhappy. Whats is your advice to her? Would you tell her to leave and try it alone? THIS IS HOW I FEEL about independent Scotland! Will there EVER be a right time? Will we ever be ready . We dont know until we give it a go! I dont have the choice- as a non resident in Scotland I dont get the vote- and can I just say I LOVE Scotland - I also LOVE England and I chose to live here. But I also believe Scotland has the right to equality in the UK and the only way that can happen is if we vote YES. This isnt about the pound or about Braveheart and saltire crosses or England vs Scotland for me. Its about CHOICE, EQUALITY and the right to vote in your country and it actually making a difference.
