SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA - The Dance Marathon also has a date - FRIDAY, AUGUST 1st, 6PM to SATURDAY, AUGUST 2nd, 6PM - 24 hours, in Thousand Oaks! Ginny Grady is spearheading this event, and I expect to see EVERY ONE OF OUR CABRILLO FAMILY on the dance floor for at least one hour!! (If youre not familiar with Dance Marathons, each performer gets sponsors who commit either an amount per hour, or a flat fee, so when someone is on the dance floor, theyre raising a lot of money for Cabrillo very quickly!) Were hopeful that this event will have media coverage and surprise guests. So everyone in Southern California whove been wanting to help - we need you for at least part of this event!
