Please see attached draft Bye Laws which are going out for public consultation. At the meeting of the City Council, held on Monday 3rd November 2014, Members agreed that Street Performers should not be prohibited from Temple Bar. Accordingly, the reference to Temple Bar has been removed from the draft Bye Laws. The consultation process will be advertsied in the national press and through social media. The Draft Bye-Laws can also be viewed on Dublin City Councils website here Any submissions in relation to the Draft Control of Street Performers Bye Laws must be submitted in writing to Dublin City Council, Culture Recreation & Amenity Department, Block 4, Floor 0, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8 or by email to [email protected] before 12.00 noon 19th December 2014.
