Whenever doing plank work please make sure you maintain core control front-to-back and top-to-bottom: TVA activated to keep a flat stomach, spine straight, hips and legs solid, (no sway-back) and really make sure that shoulder blades stay flat and strong throughout the movements. I demoed a few variations for you so that you can see what I mean. I highly recommend videotaping yourself to see your form and correct your technique.
