Please treat the hotel staff with respect. Remember there are alot if people here and every request can not be done. There are only so many rooms near the ballroom , only so many microwaves , so many refrigerators..... NOT everyone can get these so be polite and do not argue with the staff at the front desk. Please do not threaten or argue with staff it is not fair to them. If I hear if anyone being disrespectful to any of the holiday inn east employees or my staff you will be asked to leave as this is my event and I will not tolerate any disrespectfulness. Treat others as you would want treated. You are representing heavenly angels We are looking for a stress-free weekend. See you all Friday.
