Please vote NO on 487! We city employees who serve our citizens need your help. As we stand now we are understaffed and under budgeted. However understaffed we may be we employees are going above and beyond to ensure the safety of the residents and services are still operational even if it means we have twice to four times the ammount of work load. We are not your enemies, we are here to serve the needs of this City. Politicians have demonized us low level employees to you. We have taken and accepted many pay and benifits cuts but still maintained the utmost highest levels of citizen service. All while watching city council members vote for pay raises of city managers and being told we the low level employees are what is hurting the citys budget.
