Pleased to announce that long-time neighborhood grocer, Aldi (2431 W. Montrose) is planning to rebuild a new eco-friendly store on their existing site. Rather than moving elsewhere, we worked with Aldi to come up with a new building concept which includes: a solar roof, a permeable parking lot to reduce localized flooding, and new bike racks.
