Police are appealing for information when a man found injured after a fight at Yagoona tonight (Monday 28 July 2014). About 7.30pm emergency services were called to a residence on Farnell Road after reports people were fighting in a driveway. When they arrived, police found a male who had puncture wounds to one of his legs. A crime scene has been established. The injured man was assessed on site by paramedics before being taken to Bankstown Hospital. His injuries are not considered to be life threatening. Police are investigating whether there are any links to a fight in a nearby park earlier in the day. Further inquiries have revealed the man might have been injured by falling on a fence as he fled from the fight.
