Police are asking people to stay away from the Sampson Flat fire ground unless you are a land owner, local resident and their support or you have a valid reason to be there. Emergency services and support agencies continue to work in the area due to existing or potential hazards such as falling trees. Some roads have been opened to local traffic only. Residents are expected to travel directly to and from their property and not stop anywhere in transit along these roads. Again, if youre not a land owner, local resident or you do not have a valid reason to be there, please stay away.
