Police are seeking witnesses to a shooting incident at Findon last night. At about 11.30pm last night, police were called to home on the corner of David Street and Chapman Street following reports of shots fired. On arrival, police were approached by a man who advised two, possibly three, shots were fired into his car as as he was parking in his garage. The shots were fired into the drivers side door while the victim was still in the car. He was not injured. The victim saw a blue Ford Laser sedan take off west along Chapman Street immediately after the shooting. A partial registration was recorded with numbers either 146 or 164. A police Crime Scene investigator attended and patrols door knocked the area to seek any possible witnesses. CIB will continue investigations today and urge anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
