Police in West Lothian are keen to trace a man believed to be missing in the Livingston area. Thomas Kirk (or Ferguson) is 42 years old and described as being white, 5 foot 6 inches tall and of slim build. He has dark brown short hair. Thomas was wearing a black hooded top with a white logo on the front and back, blue jeans and white trainers. He was last seen at 3.30pm yesterday - December 3rd - leaving St John’s Hospital, Livingston. Thomas has a number of underlying conditions and he has not had access to his medication; therefore police are concerned for his welfare. Inspector Jocelyn OConnor said; “We are concerned for Thomas and would ask him to contact police so we can check on his welfare. “Anyone who believes they know where Thomas is, is asked to contact Police Scotland immediately.” Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland immediately on 101. Alternately the police can be reached through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
