Police officers are on Hayling Island this morning following reports of disruption due to what is believed to have been a mini tornado overnight. Reports of fallen trees, telegraph poles etc have been made to our control room. We are working with our partner agencies – Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service and local councils - to assist where necessary today. If you need to report anything to us, please call 101.
