Policeman killed in Handwara Forests Mujahids killed a policemanwhen he had gone with his wife to anearby forest for collecting firewood in Handwara. Today morning, Head Constable Sonaullah Zargar son of Abdul Gani resident of Hardoona, Vilgam had gone to a nearby forest area of Hangalpora alongwith his wife for collection of firewood. The duo were intercepted by some unknown mujahids in the forest. Sonnaullah was killed by the mujahids in a gruesome manner. Police has reached the spot and the area has been cordoned off. The body of the deceased Head Constable was handed over to his relatives for last rites, a police spokesman told a statement. Handwara police has started the investigation in this regard. The deceased policeman is survived by his wife and four children including a girl. #A Mir Sameer
