Policy to trample the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given up; the rulers should not force us for any big step – Hamid Moosavi writes letter to PM ISLAMABAD, December 21: The TNFJ Chief Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that policy to trample the Maktab-e-Tashayyo should be given up and the rulers should not force us for any big step, Milad-un-Nabi is the symbol of oneness and brotherhood while Azadari-e-Mazloomin is the peaceful universal protest, the Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions are the display of symbolic fanfare of Nana (SAAW) and Nawasa (A.S.) and no power on earth could stop the same. No action on the part of government on Gracy Line Rawalpindi and Incholi bomb blasts in Karachi, Shahadat of Allama Nasir Abbas and putting dozens of mosques and Imambargah to fire poses a big question mark. Giving a free hand to miscreants to carry out murders, arson and bomb blasts after the Raja Bazar incident would be hazardous for the country and the nation. Government is being blackmailed by the miscreant elements while sense of deprivation in Maktab-e-Tashayyo is increasing owing to one-sided action by the government under which Shia, Barelvi Makatib and non-Muslims are being pressed which is contrary to the sayings of Allama Iqbal and Quaid-i-Azam and we would not give up our rights. We are keeping the nation aside for the welfare, honour, dignity and integrity of the nation and do not desire to let the world make fun of our motherland. If the biased attitude was not given up then we will be forced to knock the international fora, giving the impression of sectarian tension is Pakistan is totally incorrect as there is no Sunni-Shia conflict in the country, the banned groups are fighting the war of foreign States on our soil, therefore noose should be tightened around the banned parties and government, opposition and media should announce their hatred against these groups. The Prime Minister should prove being a true Muslim Leaguer by saving the motherland from the miscreant acts of eternal opponents of creation of Pakistan. These views were expressed by him in a letter addressed to Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif. Agha Moosavi said the cat has come out of bag from the demand of imposing ban on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions after the Raja Bazar incident and it has now been proved that this incident was planned for that basic objective in mind. The rulers should open their eyes and it is the responsibility of the government to provide protection to Azadari processions that will continue till 8th Rabiul Awwal and the Milad-un-Nabi processions of the Holy Prophet (SAAW) under the May 21, 1985 Junejo-Moosavi agreement. He said Azadari is the most effective and peaceful protest of the oppressed in every era and the world nations do not lodge their protest by keeping indoors rather they do so in Bazaars, on Shahrahs and roads. The TNFJ chief said the gory incident on the Ashoor Day not only resulted in loss of lives and wealth but also shattered Pakistan’s reputation the world over. The miscreants followed their planning by first delivering provocative speeches and then hurling stones on the participants of the procession and then mysteriously put the market on fire while the market’s iron gate facing the procession was closed. He said whosoever have put the mosque and the Madrassah on fire deserves punishment but why no action is not being taken against putting dozens of Shia mosques and Imambargahs, adjacent houses and shops, copies of the holy Quran, Taburrakaat and Shabih-e-Zuljinah present there on fire? Why no minister reviewed the loss of these properties for reconstruction? He expressed his astonishment that the volunteers of Mukhtar Forces and Ibrahim Scouts who safely made the Azadari procession reach its destination i.e. Imambargah Qadeem with the help of Rescue 1122 volunteers have been put behind bars. The sanctity of chadar and chardivari was violated, house roofs were scaled in the darkness of nights, women were beaten and the men inmates were arrested and shifted to unknown places while police were forcing the innocent Azadars through worst violence on them to get statements of their own choice to cover up their own incapability. The Administration is also locking the Imambargahs and is teasing the organisers of Majalis and processions and thus creating hurdles in way of Azadari programmes. He said the powers that be should not forget that we had taken over the Islamabad Secretariat and carried out 8-month long agitation in the era of martial law for our rights during which more than 14,000 Shia workers, 135 Ahle Sunnat and 8 Christians had courted arrest in favour of our rights and we cannot hesitate to take any big action in future if needed. Agha Moosavi said that after the Ashoor Day incident, the government should have controlled the fire but they added fuel to this fire which was first shifted to Karachi and then back to Punjab. First Maulana Shamsur Rehman and the TNFJ leader Allama Nasir Abbas were targeted. Suicide blast was carried out at Greecy Line Rawalpindi the other day in a most sensitive area that poses a question mark and provides food for thought over so big a security lapse. A few persons were martyred and dozens are in very bad condition in hospital but we kept our patience and did not allow anyone to engage in jalao-gherao. He reminded some incidents in the past like the Imambargah Shah-e-Najaf incident in which more than two dozen persons were martyres and the then provincial Law Minister Khalid Ranjha also participated in the funeral prayers led by him. He said if we make an announcement then the whole Rawalpindi could come to fire but we did not allow even a straw to be moved that speaks of love for peace. Similarly he led the funeral prayers of a spiritual son of TNFJ Aun Muhammad Rizvi but did not allow anyone to cause any harm. Last year more than two and half dozen Azadars were martyred during a Matmi procession on 6 Muharram at Dhoke Syedan Rawalpindi and we kept our patience. Dozens were given a bloodbath in Chakwal while on May 27, 2005, blast was carried out at the Darbar of my family elder Hazrat Bari Imam (R.A.) during my address in which more than three dozen Azadars were martyred but we did not allow anyone to disturb peace. The reason behind following this policy of patience and peace is that whole country including Islamabad is our home and no wise person puts his own home on fire. Love with motherland is stated to be the part of faith and we are defendants of this motherland. This country does not belong to any sect rather it was created in the name of Islam. We are bearing excesses for a long time. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made a fervent appeal to the Prime Minister to stop the one-way traffic against the Shia nation in the garb of Rawalpindi incident, the noose should be tightened around banned groups and their foreign aid should be seized, media should be stopped from presenting the funny demand of putting a ban on Milad-un-Nabi and Azadari processions in the garb of incidents, the Chief Justice may set up a representative and action Commission headed by himself immediately that may probe all incidents since Zia era including the Raja Bazar incident, Greecy Line blast, murders of Maulana Shamsur Rehman and Allama Nasir Abbas because the TTP had claimed about Incholi Karachi incident that it was a revenge of the Rawalpindi incident. Those responsible for all incident, and miscreants putting mosques and Imambargahs on fire should be arrested immediately, all innocent people so far arrested should be set free. Other Shuhada and injured of the Greecy Line incident should be compensated as announced by the Shuhada of police while terming recognised schools of thought as ‘Mushrik’ and ‘Kafir’ should be declared as cognizable offence. He appealed the Prime Minister to deal the terrorists with an iron hand for God sake so as to save Pakistan and give foremost priority to restoration of law and order because the wheel of economy is jam more owing to lawlessness than energy. He assured that Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya is ready to participate in any pious work as an advanced force. Take a step ahead and the prayers of the whole nation will be with you, he concluded
