Bungoma Senator, Moses Wetangula - Wetangula is behind the disappearance of Sh 1 .2 billion during the Tokyo Embassy sale and the illegal sale of a Turkana Oil block for Sh 840 million when he was Foreign Affairs Minister. 4. Machakos Senator, Johnstone Muthama - Muthama defrauded the Government Sh 310 million by selling his house to the Judiciary and also grabbing 5,000 acres of Malili Ranch which belonged to squatters. 5. Siaya Senator, James Orengo - Orengo formed a land grabbing cartel which grabbed land in Lavington, Kileleshwa and Muthaiga which belonged to dead Asians when he was the Minister of Land. He also grabbed 500 acres of Land in Malindi. 6. Kisumu Senator, Prof Anyang Nyong’o - When Prof Anyang Nyong’o was the Minister for Health, the National Insurance and Hospital Fund (NHIF) lost Sh 4.3 billion. 7 . Homa Bay Senator, Otieno Kajwang - When he Kajwang was the Immigration Minister, the Kenyan taxpay ers lost Sh 4 billion in the Third Generation ID Card Saga. 8. Busia Senator, Moses Wako – The Anglo Leasing Scandal where Kenya lost over Sh 56 bill. 9. Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho - Land grabbing at the Coastal towns of Kenya believed to be thousands of acres and involved with “drug cartels.” 10. Former Makadara, MP Reuben Ndolo - Grabbed over 60 acres of land in Makadara and is responsible for the disappearance of over Sh 50 million when he was appointed to Chair the Tana Athi Water Services Board. 11 .
