Ponzy schemes are quite alluring and rampant in Bengal and why not! Banks may not give interest more than say % pa when these A- Z companies may offer 18% pa rate 2 as high as may be 60% pa to gullible investors who would never try 2 think where those schememasters would reinvest d money 2 get returns of at least 30% pa 2 distribute minimum 18% pa aftr meeting administrative expenses + high % of commision.Many an investors got their thumbs burnt ,but they would never learn logic.And Govts keep their eyes blind to the spoils looted,even some who-is- who might b helping tacitly in spreading d schemes that rob millions of uneducated poor populace.Otherwise how come any Govt can remain calm and quiet when it gets loud signals on d growth of such dubious perpetrators since years even by ignoring banks concerns/seeing d huge drop in Small savings deposit schemes of d Govt ! News credit TheTelegraph,Aug 30,2014. সরকার আসে সরকার যায়।পন্জী স্কীম ডোবে আবার ভেসে ওঠে কিছূ পন্ডিত ব্যাক্তির মুর্খামীর জন্য/অসত্ ব্যক্তির মদতে/সরকারের অন্ধত্বে.....এবং অবশ্যই বৃহত্ জনশ্রেনীর লোভে যা শিক্ষা/চেতনা সব কিছুকে তমসাচ্ছন্ন করে ফেলে।তারা কিভাবে ভাবে যে যেখানে ব্যাঙ্ক 9-11% এর বেশী সুদ দিতে অপারগ সেখানে সারধার মতো চিট ফান্ড/মনি লন্ডারিং স্কীম জাতীয় কোমপানী গুলো ওদের অফিস চালাবার খরচ এবং উচ্চ হারে কমিশন দেবার পরেও ডিপোজিটরদের বছরে 18% বা ততোধিক সুদ দিতে পারবে! এবং সাধারন মানুষ যারা কোন কোন সরকারের কথায় সর্বহারা এবং অন্যদের কথায় প্রচন্ড বুদ্ধিমান কারন আমাদের ভোটে জিতিয়েছে না হয় লোভের বলি হয়েছে,সরকারের কি কর্তব্য ছিলনা মানুষকে সচেতন করা বা আইনের বেড়াজালে ঐসব প্রতারক কোম্পানি গুলোকে আটকানো যখন ব্যাঙ্ক সহ বিভিন্ন মহল থেকে খবরাখবর পাওয়া যাচ্ছিল।সদিচ্ছা ছিল কি!!! 2012 সালে 25 শে সেপ্টেম্বর যখন ইয়ুনাইটেড ব্যাঙ্কের চেয়ারম্যান 119 তম এস এল বি সি সভায় এ ব্যাপারে বক্তব্য রাখেন বা 2011 সাল থেকেই যখন দেখা গেল সরকারী ক্ষুদ্র সনচয় প্রকল্প গুলোথেকে হঠাত্ কোটি কোটি টাকা তুলে নিয়ে ঐ সব লোভছানি দেওয়া প্রকল্পগুলোতে জমা পড়তে শুরু করলো তখন কাদের স্বার্থে সরকার চুপ করে বসে ছিল চোপ,সরকার চলছে বলে!
