Pope John Paul II High School would like to congratulate Methacton High School on their PAC-10 Baseball Championship. The Warriors beat our Panthers last night 1-0 in an emotional 7th inning, and we congratulate them for playing a great game with excellent pitching. At the same time, wed like to acknowledge the amazing display of school spirit that was shown by hundreds of members of the PJP community, including students, parents, future Panthers and 7th and 8th grade future ballplayers who were in attendance. It was an awesome ride, driven by the perseverance and heart of the PJP Baseball Team, and we look forward to supporting the boys in the District I Playoffs, which begin at our home field on Tuesday, 5/20 at 4:00 p.m. pac-10sports/article/content/wiedmayer-delivers-first-pac-10-baseball-title-methacton-0016764
