Pork Misozuke-yaki is still delicious when cooled :) We recommend marinating the pork the night before and cooking it in the morning as a bento ingredient. You can also add grated garlic or ginger root to the marinade to taste. In this cooking method, chicken and fish such as marlin, pacific cod, pollock and salmon are also delicious. Alternatively, place the pork misozuke-yaki and lettuce leaves on steamed rice and enjoy it as a donburi rice bowl! ੯ू❛ัू ໒⑅꒱ 豚の味噌漬け焼きは冷めても美味しいです(^o^) 前の晩に味噌を塗り、朝お弁当のおかずに焼くこともできます。にんにくや生姜の下ろしたものをみそに加えても美味しいです。鶏肉、魚(カジキ、鱈、鮭)でも作れますよ。ご飯にこの豚の味噌漬け焼きとレタスをのせて丼としていただくのもおすすめで〜す!(*^_^*)
