Position Announcement Job Position/Title: Program Coordinator, Ukraine Start Date: September, 2014 Reporting to: PtP Program Senior Manager in Ukraine; CEUME Director Consortium for Enhancement of Ukrainian Management Education (CEUME) is seeking a Coordinator for the USAID Participant Training Program in Ukraine. Qualifications Required: • Graduate’s degree – in economics, international relations, PR/marketing, social science, or related area • At least 2 years of work experience in related area • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills (English, Ukrainian) • Cross cultural skills • Ability to multi-task and be flexible • Willingness to travel • Work experience in non-profit sector a plus • Background of development, networking and proposal writing a plus • Knowledge of USAID/other donors regulations a plus Responsibilities: • Communicate a clear vision of present and future program goals to local partners, organizations, Ukrainian and the international community • Work closely with USAID Ukraine to contribute to development of Visitor Exchange Request Forms (VERFs) • Plan and organize recruiting including regional advertising and promotion campaigns • Process applications and organize selection process (evaluations, interviews, work with experts); provide summaries in English of essential information from the applications of selected participants • Program data-entry, • Organize and participate in pre-departure orientations • Maintain project website; post links, articles, stories etc. • Arrange, facilitate and monitor in-country follow-on activities for PtP alumni, develop of the PTP alumni network • Prepare program reports, success stories of programs. • Work in a team environment and establish positive relationships with staff of the funding agency and other organizations and institutions • Assist CEUME development team in coordinating outreach and development activities We are looking for a confident individual who will promote the Participant Training Program successfully. Participant Training Program is a program funded through USAID and implemented in Ukraine by CEUME. It provides one-three weeks professional training and internship opportunities in specific areas to groups from Ukraine who will travel to European Union countries or in the United States. The Program Coordinator is an essential CEUME staff member. This is a full time position with appropriate compensation in salary and benefits.
