Position Available: Koonara Wines Larder Homewares and Lucy & Alice Jewellery Customer Service Officer - Part Time Koonara Wines, and its recently launched LARDER Homeware and Lucy and Alice Jewellery, are still growing in exciting ways and are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer in a part time capacity. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual who can both work well under pressure, is results focused & committed to the highest level of customer service. The role will be assisting all aspects of our wholesale and direct business for Koonara Wines, LARDER and Lucy and Alice. A snap shot of what you will be doing: • Communicating with all wholesale and direct customers • Assisting marketing campaigns • Assisting our social media plan • Following up sales opportunities • Assist with implementing marketing plan • Assist importing and exporting of goods • General office and administrative duties Skills preferred: • Experience in media communication and creative writing • Extensive knowledge and familiarity with essential programs (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office) • Understanding of Website design and maintenance • A persona that is organised and works in a highly efficient manner • The ability to work well in a team • A sense of humour If you are looking for a challenging new role which offers the opportunity to work autonomously within a fantastic team unit while utilising your outstanding communication, organisation and general office skills, please apply to Nicole at nicole@koonara by Friday 19th December with further enquires directed to Nicole Reschke 0405 352 064.
