Job Responsibilities • Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting managers to understand and implement policies and procedures; • Developing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; Job Requirements • Degree holder in business administration/human resources or related discipline. • At least 1 year related experience in handling all rounded Human Resources functions. • Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese. • Macau ID holder only.
