Position: Head – Samrudh Krishi Department: Agri Services Division: Domestic Sales & Marketing Position reporting to: Vice President – Agri Services Job Location: Mumbai Job Code: GB-983 REQUIREMENTS Qualification: B.Sc / M Sc Agriculture (preferably with specialization in Agronomy) / MBA- Agri Business Management or MBA – marketing Experience: 7 years in Agri sector with successful performance in national role related to guiding productivity enhancement programmes in agriculture. Exposure of more than 3 different geographies across India with extraordinary Knowledge of Modern Crop Production practices Cost of cultivation, revenues, profitability in leading crops and scope for intervention to enhance productivity. Nature of Job / Purpose: Develop, drive and sphere head game changing initiative of Company also known as Samrudh Krishi to next level of scalability and sustainability across India. This include 3 objectives as under: 1. Crystallise and communicate long-term strategic objectives of Samrudh Krishi in conjunction with top management. 2. Ensure business growth through planning directing and managing business development activities of Samrudh Krishi to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organisational strategy. 3. Ensure effective achievement of the business objectives, through leadership of Samrudh Krishi, by setting clear objectives in order to maximise individual, team and organisational performance.
