Position Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST EMPLOYER: Kaizen Automotive LOCATION: 1313 36th Street NE, Calgary HOURS/CONDITIONS: Full-time, Permanent, Shifts, must be available 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. DUTIES: Taking incoming and making outgoing calls to an established client base. Compose emails to customers for service reminders, warranty information, vehicle status information etc. Assisting customer and managers of other departments with customer questions and concerns. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and oral communication skills (English). Must be able to navigate email and basic Microsoft programs, as well as basic web based computer software programs. Some experience in customer service or phone related position would be helpful. Completion of grade 12 is required. WAGE: $12/hour plus bonuses. Works out to about $15-17/hour with the bonuses.
