Positive things can come from the negative as I will post later on some selfies to prove my point.Here is some more info on our situation due to SAPOLS refusal to deal with our situation,I am posting this so that others can see how dangerous our world has become everywhere in this wicked world:To the police commissioner :The following is a partial story of the events that have happened to me (Noel Warren) over the past 12 months or so. To begin with 6 months approximately before July 2013 I had made many attempts with Whyalla city council to deal with a neighbours nuisance and persistent squawking bird with unsuccessful results.This led to a resulting confrontation with the neighbour with nasty results for me.I was assaulted by both a mother and son both verbally and physically particularly by the woman’s son.This ended with me making a full assault report and documented evidence of the assault with the Whyalla police.The assault taking place around July/August 2013 can’t remember the exact date though.Around the same time with only a few weeks difference I was having to deal with another major developement in my life with the imminent death of my brother in-law due to cancer and my wife’s daughter Michelle Louise Bland (AKA Puckeridge)taking full advantage of the situation to get into the door of our home.We were living with and caring for my wife’s mother at the time across the road.I was also assaulted physically at this time and had to flee the situation at the time.This also is documented with the Whyalla police and I have made a report also to more than 1 doctor regarding this matter due to the injuries that I have received.I also reported to the Whyalla police the continuos abuse and attacks we have had by Michelle Bland (AKA Puckeridge) presenting to police video evidence of her attack resulting in the Whyalla police claiming that they could not see anything on the video I presented so as to arrest her for her breach of bail.It has not stopped there,I have been verbally abused and threatened by others of the relatives and friends of all the Puckeridge clan.On March 07/2014 while on the way to one of my wife and I’s petsitting job’s,we were chased and were attempted to be wiped off the road from one Ian Tulips Ellis.This situation was also reported to the Whyalla police and again although the victim of what we believe to be a blatant attempt on our lives,I was treated by the Whyalla police with what could only be regarded as utter contempt and disregarded and treated more like I was the perpetrator rather than the victim.As a result of this attack I made another report to my doctor regarding this matter seeking help due to my resulting in receiving a speeding fine on a trip to Adelaide to purchase a low costing bull bar to fit to my vehicle as a direct result of the afore mentioned attack.I am also hard pressed to believe that is unacceptable to use your vehicle as a weapon as it was used in this case,hence now that I feel so threatened I have totally lost my confidence in all law enforcement at this point in time due to not receiving any kind of support from those who claim to uphold law and order.Everything else that has followed is linked to (hence the term chain of events) what has transpired since.We sold my mother in-laws home,put most of our belongings in storage,when going to pick up some of our essential belongings from storage driving through a place called Tintanarra on the highway I was baited by an unmarked police car and goaded into speeding resulting in further trauma for both my wife and myself due to the fact we had to leave my poor old 82 year old mother in-law on her own in a caravan not fully knowing where we were or what has happened to us.Adding further to our load and mounting problems these officers chose to defect our car which cost us $286 to have removed.I can prove that this defect notice as well as the 3 in 1 fine that was imposed was totally unjustified.I have 3 independent witnesses that can and are willing to testify to the fact regarding particularly the fine in the matter of vehicle not properly maintained.In view of all things,it may appear that I am running from the authorities,however I assure you this is not the case in fact I would like nothing more but to have legal representation and be heard in a court of law.However my previous issues of being an assault victim have not even been considered to be addressed as of yet so how is it that if the legal system is so bogged down to deal with these kind of matters yet when it comes to the revenue raising matters they are being pushed through far quicker?Well I shall leave that one for you to figure out.Anyhow either way it goes if I am ever picked up by SAPOL and the revenue raising issues have to be dealt with at least I will then have no choice but to have legal representation and if this does happen I can assure you that I will get a lawyer who is prepared to go deeper with me and not that I am a lover of money,I am sure I will find a lawyer who would like nothing more than to seize the opportunity to make a financial killing in this as will I, just to see some form of compensation for all the harassment that I feel that I have had the misfortune to endure of late.If necessary my story may also be considered being put to social media,however I shall not be too quick to do this as it could possibly damage my compensation claim if it should get to that point.Believe me for all the contempt and disrespect and resulting problems that I have had from the SAPOL I would have no problems in being a cause for their major embarrassment for the prejudice that has been shown also to me due to my history with them, even with my attempts to try and make good with them even supporting their magazine by my advertising our petsitting business with them in 2013.That cost us $220 for what?The treatment that I have received?.Anyhow commissioner,the decision is yours and yours alone in how you choose to proceed with these matters and I hope to receive an honest and sincere reply from you soon.Please do not take any of what I have written personally as an attack on you or SAPOL but just as intended the stated facts.Please accept my personal thanks for taking the time to read this letter. Incidentally,the afore mentioned assault cases have impact reports so that they can be fully verified unless somehow these go missing?Also I have decided to act prudently and have this document signed dated and witnessed by myself and a JP to be sure that this written note to you is taken as seriously as I feel it should be.Again I ask please do not consider this letter to be offensive in anyway shape or form. New update on this situation:Forget the JP, may have to take to a legal representative instead but that all depends now on whatever decision you make as to how I go about handling this situation as it has now been extended to include more nastiness to the whole of the situation please allow me to explain, I have just recently discovered that behind my back there is some department that is responsible for suspending my drivers licence over the whole matter and now as a result,I now have another issue to deal with and that is to pay a fine of $738.00 here in Victoria for driving unlicensed.The whole situation is now totally ridiculous and now is at the point whereby I will either have to request an internal investigation into the whole matter, or seek some legal advice as stated with the intention of seeking some form of compensation for the SAPOL’S lack of concern to perform duty of care.I have enough evidence to go on by where the victims of crime leaflet will hang them themselves who had it written whatever government department is responsible for this,I don’t really care however,I thought that it was supposed to be believed that the object of SAPOL is as the same as any other authority and that is namely “To Serve and Protect The Public”.We have been so let down in this regard that we have had no choice but to leave our home which we are still having to pay a mortgage for and not able to live there because of the non existent protection as stated above.Our home is simply now used as just an expensive storage depo.I would hate to have to take any of the above action or even make it an issue to become some kind of political football,or present it on social media which I don’t even care if that means reducing any compensation amount should it go that way.I am even prepared if necessary to video myself cutting up my drivers licence if necessary and putting the darned thing on Youtube.This is how angry and upsetting the situation has gotten not just for me but by extension has also severely affected my poor innocent wife as we both are left with no choice now but to walk everywhere.We cannot afford another ridiculous fine so I have decided to comply with not driving our car.It has also become necessary to mention we have not even been able to receive our mail due to failing postal service issues adding to the whole of the stupid situation.Now please do me the honour and respond to me on how we go amicably about fixing this matter and if it can be done very discreetly,I will comply with this also as I would prefer to just end it and let it be squashed quietly if possible.I would really hate to have to go the way of posting even this very letter on social media.If you like you can look my profile up on Facebook and determine for yourself what kind of person that you think I am and what I am prepared to do if it becomes necessary to do.I have done this before with the Whyalla police prosecutor himself in squashing a previous matter about 11years ago,you can check with him if you like.Thank you for your time in reading this report.(some adjustment to dates above are necessary as I was going to send this letter to you a few months ago 26/07/2014 to be exact, but was persuaded not to by a well meaning friend at the time).My phone number was even left with the Whyalla police but here it is again anyway 0422261677 Sincerely Yours Noel Warren
