Possible USF4 development breakdown: 1. Start a poll that they are mostly going to ignore. 2. Announce the game and hype up a new upcoming 5th character 3. Capcom: Why did you say you are making a new character. We only gave you the budget to make a patch! Ono: Fans want one. Capcom: Well then, you guys are on your own. We will at least pay you for the anime cutscenes. Use one of the current modals already. Theyll wont mind. Ono: Well guys looks like we got to make a clone or something. Looks at a random comic on the floor Ono: Hmm... Good enough. 4. Make the character in 2-3 months. 5. Do the balance tests, until the anime scenes and music are done. 6. Drop hints about her. Limit her possibilities. 7. Finally start testing the character. 8. Show her off.
