Post #2 :-) We are getting a whole lot of people asking the same questions multiple times on the same post. So I thought that maybe it was time to do a bit of a How This Works refresher... PLEASE read the pinned post at the top of the page. A lot of other sites like this get you to fill out a member application form. I am really not into all that stuff, but if that is what it will take to get people to read what I have typed out there, it may come to that before you can order. How this all works is outlined in that document and it is pinned at the top of the page so you can always find it as this is a pretty active wall. PLEASE TAKE A MINUTE AND READ IT. That all being said, here is a nut shell overview. ******** CREDIT CARDS****************** This is offered as a convenience for you, not to me. It takes 5 to 7 days for the money to transfer to my account which is the account linked to my VISA to pay for all the buys. I am charged a fee to offer this to you. I have set up the site the best I can to make it easy for everyone. On Page one of the check out, there is a box to check off if you are paying with credit card. This adds the fees to your total. Please, check it if you are paying this way. I do not want or need to pay your fee for using this service. If it continues to cost me money, we will have to look at something different. 1. What is a Co-Op I source high quality products from a host of different suppliers, mostly based on the wants of the group. I have access to many different distributors, some in Canada, some in the US and many over seas. I then either choose products directly from their catalogs or I contact them to see what their wholesale requirements are. I find out all the details and then I open the buy up to the group at much lower pricing than any of us independently can get from a store or even them directly. 2. How do I order - crunchybuys Every Monday is when our buys open. I take down the previous weeks buys and launch a new set. During that week, I place the orders with the suppliers based on the orders received. So for example we run a buy on Printed Leggings. The buy opens to the group on Monday, and it closes the following Monday (Generally safest bet is to say Sunday night as I get up around 5am to take down open buys and open the new buys). I tally up how many have been sold, I place the order with the supplier and I pay for it. Then we wait for the product to get here. Once it does, based on your shipping option (Pick up or mail it) we process all the received orders and package them accordingly. We always say 8 weeks this takes to cover us for anything that may come up... customs delays, me having a baby delays, sick kids, shipping issues, supplier backing out and we need to resource asap etc etc etc. When we receive the products and do all the packaing and addressing, you will be sent a invoice for EXACT shipping costs to you. Once that is paid (via PayPal or EMT) we will send your package to you. To avoid delays, watch our wall, we will tell you there when the order arrives so you know within a few days to watch for that invoice for shipping. 3. Do I receive confirmation that my order has been placed. When the buy closes, sometimes it takes me 2 to 3 days to sort through them all. I am learning too though as we go, and every morning I print off all the PAID for and COMPLETED orders. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT PAID FOR, I WILL NOT ADD YOUR ORDER TO THE ORDER WITH THE SUPPLIER. I pay for NOTHING out of my own pocket, as there is really very low profit here for me. I can send my bank statements... this is the truth and I WILL NOT ORDER on an IOU, COD or I will pay you when I get the product. I will post on the wall by Wednesday at the latest updates where orders are at from the previous week. That is your confirmation. My suppliers do not email you to tell you that I ordered, and I am sorry, but I dont have time either. Know that if you place and order, and you pay for that order, it is ordered. 4. I Placed and Order, but Didnt send Payment in Time See above. No I did not order it, No I cannot order it (in most cases) and No I am not chasing you to pay for it so I can close the buy. I make very specific deals with suppliers now based on the amount of people interested in a product to make sure that we can reach minimums. I also fill any minimums that we are short (this has not happened yet) out of my own pocket and will add them to overstock. All orders placed on our site do show up in my shopping cart provider but to chase people that do not pay would add atleast a week onto the time waiting for the orders and that is not fair to others that did pay on time, not to mention looks bad on me making people wait longer for an order based on a Non Payment. 5. Can I sell My Products This one is touchy. I have made some people kinda angry. This is a CO-OP where we purchase things at wholesale cost. Not to be rude, a sale from Scentsy is not wholesale. That is what our members can get anywhere from 50,000 different reps. This is not a wholesale price. We do have some buys coming up where the reps are forfeiting their entire profit margin to offer you deals. Offering your products at what any average joe can get them for, just because they are on sale does not classify as a bulk or wholesale buy. IF you make something, have something unique, offer at your exact cost etc we will for sure look at running a buy if there is interest. 6. Everything else is outlined in the terms and conditions pinned post. We are moms, and there is very little profit to what we do here. I spend HOURS sourcing, processing, ordering etc, Please give me the same courtesy and read the pinned post so everything continues to run smoothly. 7. If there is something that you would like to see on a buy, please send myself a PM. Posting on the wall causes confusion for members. We try to keep up with this page as much as we can. But we are moms with little ones and lives as well. We WILL get back to you, but sometimes it does take us a bit
