CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 1 box of devils food cake mix 3 LARGE eggs 16 ounce sour cream 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1 bag small peanut butter cups 1/2 cup peanuts (or use Chunky Peanut Butter) Olive Oil Tools: Dutch Oven Rockcrok, Stainless Bowl, Stainless Whisk, Food Chopper, Silicone Prep Bowls, Shimmering Glass Platter, Mix’n Scraper, Slice’N Serve 1) Mix cake mix, eggs and sour cream with Stainless Whisk in Stainless Steel Bowl 2) Pour ½ the batter into a oiled 4QT RockCrok using Mix’n Scraper 3) Top with mini PB Cups 4) Pour the rest of the batter on top, cover and microwave for 12 minutes (When the cake starts to pull from the side of the RockCrok it is done.) 5) Remove cover and let rest about 10-15 minutes 6) Using Silicone Prep Bowls, place 1/2 cup chocolate chips with approx 1 tsp oil, the other with peanut butter. Microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. 7) Flip cake onto Shimmering Glass Platter. 8) Pour PB over the cake one way, pour the chocolate over the other way. 9) Top with chopped peanuts or chopped PB Cups. 10 Serve using Slice’n Serve.
