Post from the Caring Bridge website for Barry... Todays entry is from Clay: Good morning all, Dr Haas has reported that dads last EEG showed brain waves were still improving. The Dr also was pleased to see reactionary responses to physical exams. He was still very cautionary about dads long term mental cognition and awareness. The state of dads quality of life is still unsure and any speculation is very premature. Dr Haas would like to see more purposeful movement before he will speculate on the likelihood of a substantial recovery. Dr Haas did observe, and was happy to see, that dads physical color was good. This past weekend had a couple of obstacles. Dad has fought off a fever that spiked over the weekend and has returned to normal yesterday morning. He still has a minor bug that they have identified in his blood but the doctors are optimistic about clearing that up. All in all, we are still progressing forward (somedays slower than others)
