Post number one for today - proof of Ms. Rivens harassment of me. I received the following FaceBook message from Ms. Rivens on Monday, April 28, 2014, which I read on Tuesday, April 29, 2014. A police report has been filed with the two law enforcement agencies (one in the jurisdiction in which I live and one in ,which my husband is employed). Since February, I have been repeatedly accused by Ms. Rivens of harassment, stalking, cyberbullying, etc., as have others in this group; repeatedly I have asked for proof. Never has proof been posted by her. However, I am not afraid to publicly post proof of her harassment of me. ~~~ Conversation started Monday Senga Griffin 4/28, 4:20pm I am IM you because I only joined to say what I said . You have at time cyber bullied. You allowed name calling , fat jokes and posted picture of my daughter on your group she had nothing to do with Jamies case . That was wrong you condoned it !!!! If those mother came in my spa today I would ask them to leave . I will Run my business the way I like because it is my business . I did nothing that was not legal in shugaland ... I dont have to prove anything to you . I dont search for your approve on life or how to run my business . You can get a thousand people to check the box to like or join the page . You will never get me to feel sorry or change my business or how I run my business . This weekend proves it . I am proud of myself you dont have to believe me but I served over 60 kids this weekend all happy parties . I dont care about Jamie Norfolk birthday party . That is exactly why I agreed to settle . I just dont care about it . That case dead with that brand . You need to move on dont you have kids you of all people should know life and time is short ... Smdh . You joined and left without saying anything. You had an opportunity to speak your mind and chose not to – your choice. I am only interested in warning others about you and your business practices, no one cares about you. I could care less whether you’re successful, a failure, a mother, a parent, short, tall, fat, ugly, educated, uneducated, etc. I condone nothing – your actions speak about who you are. Who’s the one obsessed? Look in the mirror. Frankly, your actions and court records confirm that you’re a liar, a racist, a scam artist, and a criminal. No one believes that you’re speaking on behalf of a non-profit, have started a non-profit, or that you’re this newly found “expert” on cyberbullying. That is no one but you. Anyone can copy and paste anything from Google. Mother to mother, I find it disgusting that you’re teaching your child or children to be liars, deceive people, that it’s acceptable to yell racism when things don’t go your way. Children lead from example…a fine example you’re setting. There is nothing more important to me than the safety of my family and me and I take your personally contacting me as a threat. As such, I have asked my husband – a federal law enforcement officer – to notify his agency’s Internal Affairs Department and to file a report of said threat in the event that something should happen to us. I will forward this entire message string along with copies of YOUR entire “hate page” to him to file said report and spark an investigation. Ask yourself this – threatening the wife and family of a federal law enforcement official, working at the secure location where many of our nation’s leaders work every day…do you really want to play this game?
