Posted Nelson Martin You ask for suggestions, and maybe this has already been suggested and I missed it, but I think one idea that might be suggested is to wave the $35 fee for people to make payment arrangements. At least until the people have time to adjust to the higher rates. I personally can make my payments but I can defiantly understand the situation that many others have been put in by the unexpectedly higher rates. These increases were much higher than citizens were led to believe. Just a thought.
