Posted this over in Not Bullshit but ill do it here too. Is there anyone that used to train at the old World Oyama Karate school or trains at one of the current remaining ones? If so could you post here or message me a break down of what a typical class looks like as far as techniques trained, specifics and such? Im doing a little research on specific styles of karate and how they do their classes, and this is the one Im having a hard time finding anything out about.
