The incumbent reports to the Chief, Pension Entitlements Section, and through him/her, to the Chief of Operations of UNJSPF. Education Advanced university degree (Masters degree or equivalent) in business or public administration, finance, accounting, or related area. A first-level university degree in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree. Work Experience A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in the area of employee benefit schemes or related area at the national or international level is required. At least two years at the international level in a supervisory function is desirable. Experience within the UN common system or in the public sector (in Human Resources, Payroll or Legal field) is desirable. Experience in UNJPSF benefits processing is desirable. Experience in UN human resources policies, regulations and rules is desirable. Languages English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat.
