Potato Dumplings 1 c. cold mashed potato’s 4 lg. eggs 1 ¼ c. flour 1/8 tsp salt ¼ c. butter with broth ¼ tsp black pepper Using a mixing bowl combine potatoes and eggs. Now work in flour and salt. In a large pot add broth (your choice) and bring to a boil. Now drop dumplings by spoonfuls . Reduce heat stir gently occasionally and simmer until done. Optional: Can use chicken broth, beef or vegetable.
