Poulin Chiropractics Increase in Adjustment and Self Pay Prices Due to the increased prices in our supplies, overhead, and overall cost of running a business, we are having to increase all of our spinal adjustment/manipulation prices to offset the increases. This will be effective December 5, 2014. If you’re a self-pay patient, your fee will increase $5. For example, if you were paying $60 per visit, now it will be $65. The $65 self pay fee will include your quality chiropractic adjustment, 1 electrical stimulation, and 1 intersegmental traction. Medicare patients will NOT be affected.
