Power move of the day - standing core work (PiYo) Keep your arms above your head and you are going to move them side to side like a rainbow arch. Push your leg back towards the opposite side and pulse down for 3 counts and then you are going to swing your leg around and tap. Engage your core. All the work should be in your core! :) Falling in love with this program. I have seen faster results with this program than any other. I lack flexibility and I am going to gain that and muscle with this program! Want info?
