Our primary objcetive is to trade & import oil products in Turkey, Black Sea, East med, Middle east & selected markets in Africa. We are in a process of recruiting young graduates as well as individuals who have successful track record in energy business specifically in commercial sales. Sales Manager Job Description: Etra International Sales and Trading Units encompass all the necessary activites to supply, sales and marketing of all main refinery products including crude oil in a regional basis. Our commitment is to satisfy our customers needs in a sustained way economically and create business solutions with Etra edges. Responsibilities: Area Sales Manager manages the day to day commercial sales and marketing activites of Etra oil products and services provided to key accounts, indirect sales distributors as well as end users within an assigned geographic area. This individual will be tasked with owning and growing the relationship with customers in order to maximize existing sales volume and profitability , facilitate new business development, execute professional prospecting process, cultivate a close working relationship with support services, deliver and monitor our offer elements, manage any sales and marketing activty and improve profitabilty. Area Sales Manager are also responsible from cash collection with an optimized credit control mechanism according to Etra finacial control framework. The Candidate should be ideally -BS or BA or MBA graduate -3 to 10 years experience in oil products sales and marketing -A second foreign language ( Russian, german) is a plus -Male candidates/completed military service -Team workers, result oriented approach -Able to cope with high tempo -With valid driving licence
