Practical Meditation Group free june 26, wednesday St. paul parish center, meets every wednesday 405 west 59 street, nyc, parish center 5:30 PM, optional, extra meditation, prayer in silence ( please come without talking, and begin to sit even if I am late, until 5 :55, thank you Regular mediation group meeting, every wednesday, all faiths and traditions welcome 6:00 Pm regular meeting begins (instruction and meditation, centering prayer, brief instruction for beginners and new comers,) and session of meditation ending about 6: 25 6:30- either silent walk, or reading of monks, mystics, scripture etc, short discussion, or spiritual exercise, 7:00 PM- 7:25 chant and mediation, with healing meditation and prayer at end, ( those who are new or like more traditional format are welcome to leave at this point) 7:30 PM advanced group begins, work on awakening, fourth way work, movements exercises, cross tradition work, rsvp at meditativeprayer@aol
