Anyhoo, I always enjoy playing this time of year. Its extra special. I like moments that stand out as extra meaningful. I was just telling my wife last night about what I have planned for our New Years Eve and New Years Day. On the first, its going to be glitz and glamour all the way. 5 star dress, 5 star dining, and a classic big band orchestra, and yes, Im even going to dance with her. A woman deserves a night like that every so often from her man. She said, I feel like Im in one of those Hallmark movies its so romantic. Then...I told her the plans for New Years Day. lol. We are starting off the first day of a new year going on a 3 hour hike into the mountains of Western Virginia. Where Thomas Jefferson went to chill. Where the origins of our nation were first schemed. Why did you have to make it at 9:30 am? Because...thats how I am. Everything has a purpose. Thats going to be a special trip.
