Prayer: Access to revelation Revelation is what God says and - TopicsExpress

Prayer: Access to revelation Revelation is what God says and shows to you in response to questions of life. One major access to revelation is by prayers. See what happened to Moses in Exodus 15:23-24 "And when they came to Marah, they could not drink of the waters of Marah, for they were bitter: therefore the name of it was called Marah. And the people murmured against Moses, saying, What shall we drink?" This was a very challenging time for Moses because the people murmured against him. Do you know how hard it could be for millions of people to be looking up to one man and murmur at him at the same time? See how Moses responded in Exodus 15:25 "And he cried unto the LORD; and the LORD shewed him a tree, which when he had cast into the waters, the waters were made sweet...." He cried unto the Lord and the Lord showed him what to do. He went into prayers and the God showed him what to do. Jeremiah 33:3, "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." No matter how terrible your case might be, the Lord will show you what to do. God is the only one that can show you the best step to take, so don’t just sit down and watch your situation; pray out the solution. He is the same yesterday, today and forever; he has not changed; he did it in the days of Moses and he can do it again. Prayer is one major way to access revelation.
