Prayer for Today........ Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.. Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus, just to take him at his word, just to rest upon his promise, just to know thus says the Lord. Father I thank you for this blessed hour of prayer when I can come before you unrestrained, in total freedom, coming into your haven of rest. Yes Lord, I have anchored my soul in your haven of rest and because I have done this, I have reason to praise and adore your holy and matchless name.You have provided for all my needs and so Lord, if and when I do complain, please forgive me. This is another Preparation Day and I do thank you for the blessings of the week. As we meet as a group with members of one family all over the world to celebrate your coming Sabbath, I ask that you would purify our hearts and minds; for those who are sick, grieving,hungry, anxious, sad, whatever their situation, Holy Father, bring them to that place where they recognize that you would never leave nor forsake them and that all they need is to stop and listen to your still small voice. We know it cant be long before you return, Lord help us to be ready and to show others the way, we humbly ask in Jesus Precious Name, Amen.~Desrene Glenn
