Pre Warrior Challenge 07/26/13 For time: 20 hand stand push ups 50 burpees 50 dumbbell snatches 45/25 50 double unders 25 jumping lunges (each jump counts as 1) 50 dips 50 burpees Beginner 25 walking lunges 35 bench dips 35 burpees (modified as needed) 20 push ups (on toes if possible) 35 burpees (modified as needed) 35 dumbbell snatches 25/15 35 jumping jacks Intermediate 20 hand stand push ups (modified) 35 burpees 35 dumbbell snatches 45/25 35 double unders or tuck jumps if you are unable to do double unders 15 jumping lunges (each jump counts as 1) 35 dips 35 burpees
