Precious In HIS Sight!! Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his saints– Psalm 116:15 As we edge nearer to the beginning of a brand new year ...I can not help but reflect over the one we are leaving behind ....Many friends and loved ones have been called home .....I am both blessed and saddened .....What a blessing to be able to walk this journey called life with my children of the King ....those that have left and gone home .....leave a void ...and from our perspective ....that void is the greatest grief we can imagine ......its in the MISSING!! .......from God’s perspective it is the DELIGHT of His heart .....its in the RECEIVING ....... .......from our perspective .......it brings a sorrow that only Heaven can erase ........from God’s perspective .........it brings a joy that only Heaven can embrace!!!! How can the death of His people be so Precious in the sight of the Lord??? ......Doesn’t He care about the gaping wound that loved ones leave behind on earth??? ...... Is He not sensitive to the pains and anguish that usually precede our own death???? ......Why would anything so grievous to US ...... be so PRECIOUS to God?????? The answer ...of course ......is that God Loves MORE .....Sees MORE .....and Wants MORE for us ........than we could possibly Love ......See ......or Want for ourselves OR loved ones!! God sees the Majesty .....Sweetness .....Purity .....and Perfection of EACH GLORIFIED SAINT........as they cross over from this cursed earth ........and put on the Robes of Christ’s Righteousness!!!! If we could see just how DELIGHTFUL Heaven really is .....if we could just get a glimpse of how JOYFUL we will be there .......and just how OVERWHELMINGLY Sweet it will be to live in the PRESENCE of JESUS ....FOREVER ........ we would .....doubtlessly by far ...... find death as Precious as God does!!! Sing this with me this morning ...and stand surrendered ...... Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus ....and to take him at his word; just to rest upon his promise, and to know, Thus saith the Lord. Jesus, Jesus, how I trust him! How Ive proved him oer and oer! Jesus, Jesus, precious Jesus! O for grace to trust him more! O how sweet to trust in Jesus .....just to trust his cleansing blood; and in simple faith to plunge me neath the healing, cleansing flood! Yes, tis sweet to trust in Jesus ....just from sin and self to cease; just from Jesus simply taking life and rest, and joy and peace. Im so glad I learned to trust thee, precious Jesus, Savior, friend; and I know that thou art with me, wilt be with me to the end. Heavenly Father ...Thank You for keeping us mindful of Your PERFECT Plan .....I am humbled this morning as I realize just how Precious in Your sight I am .....as are ALL of Your children ......Father embed TRUST today in the hearts of your Delight ......Help us to find sweet refuge and rest in Jesus .....There is NOTHING on this cursed earth that is worthy of hanging on to .....Although we miss ....and grieve ....and long for those who have gone before us ......it is with Sweet Blessed ASSURANCE ....to know that ...WE ....Your children ....are so PRECIOUS in your Sight ....that You stand with open arms at the Cross Roads ......I Love You Lord ......Thank You for PEACE that brings REST .......Bless my friends today .....In Jesus name I pray ....AMEN!!! Have a BLESSED beginning of this final week of the year .....and Know that YOU ....are PRECIOUS ...IN HIS SIGHT .....and You Are Loved .......ETERNALLY!!!!
