Premiere of Indonesian film “ Me You Vs the World”- A film shot in India Mr. Gurjit Singh, Ambassador of India to Indonesia, ASEAN & Timor Leste, attended the premiere of Indonesian Film “ Me You Vs the World” on April 14, 2014 which was shot in India in Agra against the backdrop of Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Hawa Mahal in Jaipur. The romantic film has the popular Indonesian hero Rio Dewanto in the lead and the film’s climax has been shot against the backdrop of Taj Mahal. The film shooting of an Indonesia film in India had come about during the discussions in the Film Seminar organized by the Indian Embassy in Jakarta on the subject of cooperation between the Indian and Indonesia film industry during the centenary year of Indian Films which was celebrated in Jakarta in September 2013. The Embassy of India had facilitated the approvals for the film from the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, New Delhi.
